RETURNS

We want you to love what you bought. If a piece isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

How to return
1. Email info@anastasiaboutique.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions .
3. Send the item to: Anastasia Boutique, 460 Ocean Ave, Laguna Beach, CA 92651, USA.
Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes, inside a protective shipping box. If an item has a security tag, it must remain attached.

Final sale
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges
Because most of our pieces are one of one, we don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

International orders
International returns follow the same 14-day window. Return shipping, duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
